About Hayden Lock

Hayden is the Principal Broker and, alongside his wife, Danica, owner of HD Real Estate. Together with their team, Hayden and Danica have grown HD Real Estate into a leading independent brokerage serving Sullivan and the surrounding communities. The brokerage has surpassed $300 million in total real estate sales volume, with Hayden personally closing more than $100 million in sales while consistently ranking as the #1 sales agent in the Sullivan market.

With extensive experience in real estate brokerage, Hayden specializes in residential and commercial sales, land, new construction and development, multifamily investment, and real estate consulting. His experience as a broker, investor, and developer gives him a practical understanding of real estate from multiple perspectives. He is known for his strong negotiation skills, straightforward approach, and commitment to helping clients make well-informed real estate decisions.

Hayden is committed to supporting the communities where he lives and works. He is an active supporter of the Sullivan Chamber of Commerce, Sullivan Youth Sports, and numerous other local organizations. He previously served as a Director of the Franklin County Board of REALTORS® from 2019–2020 and as Treasurer from 2021–2023.

Outside of real estate, Hayden enjoys spending time with Danica and their four children, traveling, hunting, and being outdoors. The family also enjoys spending time at their farm in Crawford County. Hayden and Danica remain actively involved in their own real estate investments and development projects, including multifamily properties throughout Franklin and Crawford counties.
