Hayden is the owner of HD Real Estate along with his wife, Danica. As the Principal Broker of HD, he has overseen $150+ million in real estate sales volume. With a high knowledge of brokering real estate transactions, he specializes in residential sales, new construction development, and multifamily investing. His negotiating skills and client relations have landed him as the #1 sales agent in Sullivan year after year.

 

He has made a commitment to giving back to the Sullivan and surrounding communities. He is an avid supporter of the Sullivan Chamber of Commerce, Sullivan Youth Sports, and other local organizations. He served as a director for the Franklin County Board of REALTOR® from 2019-2020 and as Treasurer from 2021-2023.

 

He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Danica and their three children. They enjoy traveling and being outdoors. He is an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He not only enjoys helping others achieve success in real estate but also has high expectations for his personal real estate investments. He and his wife have multifamily investments throughout Franklin and Crawford County.
